OuijaBoardz is a print-on-demand streetwear brand based in Liverpool, UK. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. If we cancel after payment, we'll issue a full refund promptly.

Our products are made to order. Once an order enters production (typically within 1–2 working days), we're unable to make changes. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch. Your item is made to order by our production partner. Delivery after dispatch is typically 2–5 working days within the UK.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please see our full Returns & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos and content on this website are the property of OuijaBoardz and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OuijaBoardz shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the price you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published here with the date of last update.
