We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll sort it — no faff, no drama. Here's how it works.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. Because our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you, this cancellation right applies only before your order has entered production.
Once your item has gone to print (typically within 1–2 working days of ordering), we are unable to cancel or refund simply because you changed your mind. This is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for bespoke and personalised goods.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or we've sent the wrong item, we'll make it right. You're entitled to a replacement or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

- We'll arrange a replacement or refund — you won't need to return the item in most cases
Sizing Issues
We publish a detailed size guide — please check it before ordering. We can't offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size choices, but if your item arrives significantly different from the measurements listed, contact us and we'll investigate.
How to Return (Where Applicable)
- Email hello@ouijaboardz.com with your order number and reason
- We'll confirm whether a return is needed and provide the return address
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
- We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Our products are made to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery after dispatch is typically 2–5 working days within the UK. We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of your dispatch notification, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
