The questions we actually get asked. Plus a few we wrote ourselves because they needed asking.
Our products are made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch. Once it's shipped, standard UK delivery is typically 2–5 working days on top of that. We'll send you a tracking number the moment it leaves.
If you've just placed your order, get in touch immediately at [email protected] and we'll do our best. Once your order has gone to print (usually within 1–2 working days), we can't make changes. Check your order carefully before hitting buy.
That's on us. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We'll sort a replacement or refund — no faff. Full details in our Returns Policy.
Because everything is printed to order, we can't accept returns just because you've changed your mind. But if something's wrong with the item, we absolutely will. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for the details.
All our garments run from S to XXXL. We've got a full Size Guide with measurements in centimetres for hoodies, tees and jumpers. If you're still not sure, drop us a message before ordering.
Not yet — but it's coming. Right now shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Watch this space.
Currently UK only. International shipping is on the roadmap — sign up to the mailing list and we'll let you know when we launch it.
